Most emergency cleans can be attended on the same day within 3 hours depending on time and property location. If not, a next day service is usually available.

You supply your own linen or arrange for us to collect from your supplier - We have cleaners who can attend from Ballarat and Daylesford - Consumables can be purchased if needed for restocking - Additional fees apply if we are required to leave the property and collect supplies after arrival.

Yes. We will take a quick video walk through when we arrive to document the previous guests departure and take both stills and video shots for you - We will provide these via dropox, google drive or whatapp chat. You receive clear photos and a quick checklist so you know the property is guest ready before the next check in.

Yes. Minor issues are cleaned and reset. If there is major damage, you will receive multiple, sufficient photos and a summary so you can lodge an Airbnb claim or take next steps. - We can even help you with the claims process if you need.

Emergency cleans are priced higher than standard changeovers because they require short notice attendance, schedule changes and often extra work. A one hundred dollar call out fee is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival once the quote has been confirmed.
